All too often we are told (by consultants like me!) that our businesses need “Transformational Change”.
You know what, sometimes that is true, but sometimes you know you are on the right track, but something is..just..not..working.
It’s one thing assessing a client’s business and working with them on a strategy for transformational change. I have to say though, I love it more when I go in to review a client and together we come up with that light “course correction” that will make things click.
How do you find out which it is you need ?
Start with trying to look at your business through the objective eyes of a first time customer coming to you for the first time. What will they see, what will they experience, what will they think of your company ?… and I mean.. IN DETAIL.. look at every element of the customer experience. You might be surprised at how quickly you may find that “why didn’t we think of that before” element in your product/service delivery or communication.
