Online Marketing : Tele-Mentoring

For clients focussed on growing revenue in their business through online marketing, an affordable way to access advice is through this service.

Each month, I allow time for a limited number of new clients to begin the conversation in a set format. Whilst every client is unique, what remains consistent for this type of interaction are :

  • Why should your customers buy from you ? Not what you sell, but why you ? It is vital to get to the essence of your business when marketing online, if you are just a commodity, you can’t market past price.
  • What are you currently doing to market your products or services ? We need to know where we are before we look at where we need to go.
  • How should you best market your services ? Yes, this must focus on online, but there are so many elements available, and it is critical (particularly for online marketing) to never settle for repetition of what you’ve done before, or what others are doing. You need to look at what is right for you and your business, we are all unique.

With this type of client engagement, the term “Mentoring” is in the title, as clients frequently find in these sessions that the discussions allow them to rethink and re-evaluate the core strengths of their business and emerge refreshed, stronger, and prepared to then move their business forwards and up !

This mini-engagement format is as follows :

  1. First 45 minute call
  2. Offline Review of Online Marketing Presence of Client, lead by the initial call
  3. Second 45 minute call (normally 1-2 weeks after first call)

The purpose of this format is to first have the client present the issues they wish to be reviewed and addressed, then to give time for a review of those points,  assessment of needs, collation of recommendations etc. The second call then allows for informed feedback to the client and interaction on the call that adds value that is multiplied by having taken time to review online presence and other related matters between calls.

The cost of this engagement is US$750 and must be prepaid prior to confirmation of each engagement and confirming call times.
