Express Review

Business Coaching is about listening to you and then finding ways to help you help yourself, not telling you what to do. It is to “teach a man to fish” with transfer of skills that stay with you and your business for the long term, not just “feeding you for a day” with consulting ideas.

As part of my commitment to helping growing businesses thrive, McCallum Solutions offers a limited number of “Express Review” engagements to allow growing businesses to “try out” my services at a reduced rate.

This Express Review utilises tele-conferencing meetings to allow businesses globally to connect. With past clients from Seattle to Helsinki to Singapore to Dubai, distance and timezones are no object.

Of course if you are in Cayman, or if our schedules dovetail when I am in your country, we can meet in person.

Exactly what you wish to focus on is up to you. It could be as specific as particular avenues of online marketing, or it could be as core as a review of exactly what your business stands for, your goals, objectives and how to achieve them. Whatever you choose as your focus, as this is a limited engagement, the more focussed you are, the more we can achieve.

The Express Review format is as follows :

1. Sign contract and prepay full cost of US$1200
2. Set first meeting date
3. Client to send any preliminary information by email for review prior to meeting
4. First 90 minute meeting
5. Offline Review, lead by key points from initial meeting
6. Second 90 minute meeting (normally 1-2 weeks after first call)
7. Summary report of findings and recommendations to follow second meeting
